Omoide (思い出) is the Japanese word for "memories" — and that's exactly what we hope every meal here becomes.

One kitchen, four traditions
At Omoide Sushi & Noodle, we believe great Asian food doesn't have to stay in one lane. Our menu brings together hand-rolled Japanese sushi and sashimi, Korean bulgogi and champong, Thai pad thai, and Vietnamese pho — all made fresh to order in one kitchen.
Located inside Arizona Center in Downtown Phoenix, we serve office workers on lunch breaks, families out for dinner, students, and fans headed to a game — anyone who wants a fresh, satisfying meal without pretense.
